Foam Rolling

Prior to going on the diet I worked out and ran regularly. I also foam rolled on a regular basis. I started the diet and took a couple weeks off from all exercises and rolling, except walking. I remember when I first began foam rolling how uncomfortable it was. However, I started foam rolling again and my God it was REALLY uncomfortable this time. Even relative to the very first time I ever rolled. I suspect it’s from toxins being released but that’s just a guess on my part.

Anyone else experience this or have any idea what would cause it to be more uncomfortable, almost intolerable? I’ve noticed it mostly in my legs.

I’ve never tried foam rolling, you could be right though. Keto will tend to purge some of your inflammation if you have it.

Foam rolling is great but it is highly uncomfortable when you first start doing it! It’s a gradual process.
