Prior to going on the diet I worked out and ran regularly. I also foam rolled on a regular basis. I started the diet and took a couple weeks off from all exercises and rolling, except walking. I remember when I first began foam rolling how uncomfortable it was. However, I started foam rolling again and my God it was REALLY uncomfortable this time. Even relative to the very first time I ever rolled. I suspect it’s from toxins being released but that’s just a guess on my part.
Anyone else experience this or have any idea what would cause it to be more uncomfortable, almost intolerable? I’ve noticed it mostly in my legs.
