This is the rib section from the rib roast I made the other night. Made a great post workout snack.

In my younger days I used to bar-tend at a a restaurant that specialized in prime rib, The chef would save all the bones for the week and then would have a BBQ on the beach with them every Monday as we were never open on Mondays

Right after this picture was taken, I separated the bones and ate it caveman style.
