Flexibility game changer



So this lovely lady just randomly popped up in my YouTube feed and gave me a total ‘Aha!’ moment. I’ve always figured I just had stubborn hamstrings, but as it turns out, it could very well be my sciatic nerve.

Ofc, I tested this immediately and whaddya know… improvement o_O

Developing a regular yoga practice has been a game changer for me and the SI joint related pain I used to suffer with, along with my rowing machine and general increase in muscle mass.


I’ve always sworn by yoga. But yeah, struggled majorly with my hamstrings (or so I thought xD). I had no idea this could be a nerve thing.
