Flat Bum

Ladies I just started keto almost two weeks ago and I am seeing very slight positive changes. I have never worried about having a huge bum because I’m of that generation that could care less so long as I’m healthy. If those of you out there are upset that your bum has either flown south or just left you completely, don’t despair. I use the bands often and they can help sculpt your bum and hips in no time if you use them often. As a last resort please don’t go and get a BBL as honestly they look awful and so unnatural.

I have always had a flat butt and keto made it worse! I am doing a lot of squats!

Squats and hip thrusts for me.
