Welcome! Gather as much info as you can; search YouTube for videos by Dr. Jason Fung. If you do it right in the beginning, you’re much more likely to succeed and not be miserable. Don’t neglect those electrolytes!

Welcome. This is a great place to start. I highly recommend you get a copy of Dr. Jason Fung’s “Thr Obesity Code” and read it through. It will explain not only how to do low carb but also how your body works and why it is wise to embark on this way of eating.

I’m on day 5 and overall it’s going pretty well. I’m dying for a slice of pizza though haha. This morning I was down about 5 lbs from Monday. I have the keto test strips and I’m just getting into the higher levels of keto.
