First OMAD complete - small steps

Thanks for everyone’s support.

Been doing IF 18/6 for 2+ months. 3 to 5 times a week. First OMAD yesterday. I had breakfast yesterday and then again this morning.

Lost 1 lb since last week and I have been losing <1/2 lb/week. Some hunger pains but really not bad. :slightly_smiling_face:

Woke early, ketone wake-up I assume.

Gym was upper body strength today and was a little weak. Maybe 80% of normal. I think since I have been pushing harder recently this was not related to OMAD and more needed recovery. No more upper body this week till Saturday. Will continue to pay attention to gym performance after fasting.

The plan is to do 1 to 2 OMAD for a few weeks and then go to EF 36-48hr at least weekly.

I’m still deranged and need to get my appetite switch flipped. I’m hoping fasting does this. Also, I’m excited about autophagy. at 65 I can do with some cell replacement. Just saying. :crazy_face:
