I am doing the keto woe for 1 month now and I’m down 11.2 lbs. Probably not the most someone can lose in the first month, but I already lost 7 lbs just before that (by counting calories) and I’m not in a race with anybody.
I love the foods I can eat and I came up with some great recipes. I also did the loaded meatloaf I found in here and my family loved it. I’m doing coffee with heavy cream and water for drinks. Some days I just eat once, some times 3 times, but most of the time it is twice a day. I don’t lose when I have dark chocolate for dessert, but sometimes I just need it. Better dark chocolate than other sweet stuff. I don’t use artificial sweeteners and had alcohol twice in this month. I’m 5’5 and started with 197 lbs.

Sounds great! That’s certainly more than I lost in the first month so glad this way of eating is working for you!
