At three days you are not really even keto adapted yet, depending upon your metabolic conditions its going to take that long to get ketogesis moving let alone to be able to start flushing out excessive gout.
Increasing carbs only does one thing in that regard, it raises insulin and will stop keto depending upon the amount.

I was gouty and with in 2 weeks my gout was all gone. Things are not instant with keto but some things can happen quickly give it some time.
In the mean time reduce your protein intake for a few days this may help lower your uric acid.

The other really important thing is to stop ingesting seed oils, these are really big on that front, soy oil for me was really bad (still is)

I went through the same thing. Gout is caused by inflammation, a clean keto diet reduces inflammation. I have been keto since 12/5/17 and have lost 30 pounds, had one gout bout in the beginning but it was the shortest term of gout bout I’ve ever had! My blood pressure has normalized, my doctor took me off BP meds, my A1C is normal at 5.0. Make sure you supplement with SALT, MAGNESIUM and POTASSIUM. When in nutritional ketosis your kidneys will spill those electrolytes causing cramps, sleeplessness, bad mood and more! Staying hydrated is important but don’t over hydrate which will cause more electrolyte spillage. Never give up, Never give up, Never give up. Keep calm and keto on!
