Finishing up the year in a good place

I’m basically back to my high school weight.

I’ve helped friends and family lose over 200lbs this year.

Another coworker is going to go keto after the holidays. She heard about it long ago, but dismissed it, because it flies in the face of all the nutritional training we get in nursing school. “But your results are undeniable,” she said. So she’s going to give it a go.

Oh, and I need to buy new pants. Even the suits I bought back in may are getting a little loose.

Congrats on your success.

I reached my 1st and 2nd goal weights. My size 6 pants are getting bagging, no more weight loss, but body recomp is happening lately. So I am pretty happy with my results this year as well. 2017 on the health front has been very successful for many of us.

Wishing you even more success in 2018.

Well done and what an amazing thing to be able to say instead of having to set New Years resolutions to adj all the things you hope to change. My nsv yesterday - I put on a size 16 that I had but had no hope of fitting into a few months ago and they were loose! Wow - it’s happening without me always noticing.
