Finally!

I stalled out for a few weeks at 80 pounds. After IF every other day for 20 hours the last week I’m now up to 85 pounds.

I have been keto since November, all the keto bennifits are incredible. The thing I notice the most is the mental benefits. Not clarity per say, but I fee good and and I’m happier, I don’t get irritated as easily.
The last five months I have been going through a divorce and am kind of shocked with how well I have been handeling it. I’m positive it is mostly the keto WOE.
Anyway I feel great, I had to buy a few new dress shirts for work.

Don’t fault your body for taking a “rest” from dropping numbers on the scale. 80 pounds since mid November is a ridiculous amount of weight loss. I am not a patient person, and given the option I would snap my fingers and instantly be the new me I am striving for, but we all know that’s not realistic. Be kind to your body and give it the time it needs to achieve your best health. Don’t forget, your skin needs time to catch up too.
