Finally got round to buying ketone blood meter!

I have been on keto diet for 7 weeks now eating around
200g fat
80-100g protein
15-20g carb.
Around 2000kcal.

Electrolytes supps and plenty of pink salt Avacados leafy greens.

I am not doing keto for weight loss tho I have lost around 1 stone I am now 167lbs and I am happy with my weight. I weight train 3 days a week I take caffeine pill before each workout. I have been intermittent fasting for last few weeks too. My goal is to achieve total fat adaptation for health and mental focus and energy and to help with anxiety.

I finally tested ketone blood level it was 0.8mmol I tested mid day 2hrs after lifting weights. My blood sugar reading are between 4.7 5.2mmol on average. I will test tomorrow mid day without weight lifting.

So am I fat adapted? I feel my moods are better but I sometimes feel tired and hungry. I have stopped fasting and will now eat fat when hungry. I’m increasing fat to 250g. Is there anything else I can do?
