When I first started this weight loss journey Aug.'16. I was obese on the Navy’s calculator for body fat %. I hadn’t gone back there, because my numbers were so bad. It takes height, weight, and certain body measurements into account. Today I journeyed over there and I was in the acceptable range! I consider this a well won battle in my fight against fat.

Congratulations, @collaroygal! Most fabulous!

I shall size up when I get home where tape measure is available!

Interesting places to measure. I’m still “Obese”. But at least I’m going in the right direction.

I am in the Navy Nurse Corps Reserves and have literally battled the Navy ‘standards’ for years! Keto WOE has given me a whole new relationship with the physical readiness testing. I look forward to stepping on that scale now in front of everyone!!
