Finally! A NSV!

I lost inches in my calves!!! I don’t remember that EVER happening. I’ve always had big calves. So how did I find out? I put on some boots that are supposed to come to my knees, but never did. I always had to leave the top two inches unzipped, or push them down lower on my leg. When I put them on today, I zipped them right up!!! Whooda thunk? I mean, I would rather have inches off my middle, but I’ll take what I can get!

I have been keto for 3 weeks. (Started Jan. 14, 2017). Prior to that I ate Primal. I have been wondering and asking anyone who will answer me how much longer I have to wait to see/feel results. I’m very impatient and like to see results fast (who doesn’t?) I’m still tired all day long, and still don’t feel like exercising, have no energy or motivation, but I lost inches! So I’ll celebrate that!

Thanks for reading. . .

My wife and I started on the 16th! It’s been great so far, I’ve noticed small changes, still waiting for some of the bigger ones lots of people mention, like all kinds of extra energy.

Awesome! I’ve got a similar NSV, I’m buckling my Apple watch strap on the next hole. Like you say, around the waist would be more fun, but I’ll take what I can get!

I think this is the quintessential NSV, and honestly, when I get to my goal, I really think buying boots is on my list of “rewards.”

The best advise I can give you is to keep going. Don’t give up. Keep calm about this way of eating, because it is life changing in every good way. My husband started the same time you did and he was very frustrated, but I’m so glad he didn’t quit. Now he is in ketosis and he goes hours between meals with no hunger. His weight hardly budges, but he feels so much better and his clothes feel looser. We are all so different. Invest in your best health by sticking with this way of eating. It will all work out eventually.

Upate: I had energy today! I’ve been wondering and asking everyone when it would happen and it happened today! I couldn’t sleep in, so I got up with the intention of taking a nap later, but I never did and I didn’t feel like I needed to. I know it’s not the caffeine, because I’ve been downing it by the cupful for three weeks, and I actually had less today than usual.

I really, really, really hope this is my turning point for boundless energy, unlimited strength and endurance! Woo-Hoo!!:dancer::bacon:
