Fibromyalgia and fasting

I’ve been doing extended fasts since April. I’m finding I can’t do them anymore. I’m constantly cold and my body aches. I’m finding I’m also cold on my eating days. At least cold to myself. My husband swears up and down that I’m hot, but I feel like I’m freezing. I have also found that I tend to almost constantly eat on my feasting days. I do have fibromyalgia. I’m curious to see if any other keto eaters with fibro deal with this. Adding fats during my fasts does not seem to help either. I’m going to start alternate day fasts and see if this helps me to maybe even out. Anyone deal with this and have strategies to work with this?

I have fibromyalgia and any type of stress- physical or mental causes a flare. Fasting does also. I wonder if a 16-8 or 20/4 would work better for you then extended fasting.

With extended fasting, I have little to no pain. Shorter IFs, I’m in more pain.
