I had this problem yesterday. Woke up CRAVING pancakes hardcore with SYRUP. I was too lazy to make keto pancakes and just broke into the bad cabinet of carbs I kept for emergencies. I really need to clean out that cabinet. Anyway, it went downhill from there. It was Valentines Day, so I ate all of the chocolate people offered and two chocolate iced glazed Krispy Kremes.
But I’m back on the wagon now. Woke up this morning, did leg work, spin, and had a egg, some macadamia nuts and a lot of cream in my coffee. Time to refocus. Checked the scale, and yesterday didn’t do anything to my weight so I just have to make sure it doesn’t happen again. Or at least, not for awhile My birthday is coming up in three weeks and I think I’ll have a cupcake lol
