Fell off the keto wagon

I had this problem yesterday. Woke up CRAVING pancakes hardcore with SYRUP. I was too lazy to make keto pancakes and just broke into the bad cabinet of carbs I kept for emergencies. I really need to clean out that cabinet. Anyway, it went downhill from there. It was Valentines Day, so I ate all of the chocolate people offered and two chocolate iced glazed Krispy Kremes. :frowning:

But I’m back on the wagon now. Woke up this morning, did leg work, spin, and had a egg, some macadamia nuts and a lot of cream in my coffee. Time to refocus. Checked the scale, and yesterday didn’t do anything to my weight so I just have to make sure it doesn’t happen again. Or at least, not for awhile :slight_smile: My birthday is coming up in three weeks and I think I’ll have a cupcake lol
