I would love to know if anyone else has experienced a tired, vacant, strangeness in the 1st week. I am at work and finding it almost impossible to focus and concentrate!!

You might need electrolytes. Have some salt. Do you have access to magnesium or potassium supplements?

Yep feel that way and still do if I forget salt and potassium and magnesium. I take a 250mg magnesium tablet, 1/4 tsp lite salt (for potassium) in water in the morning and 1/4 tsp in the evening. Helps a lot! Also if I’m feeling really low I’ll drink a cup of broth or pickle juice and feel ten times better!!
