Just about to finish week two and I had a sneaking peak at the scales this morning and have a little gain after week ones 3kg lose, I’ve done keto (shakes only) and know week two loses aren’t like week one but I don’t want a gain !! I did have a few glasses of cava last night and have eat more than normal, but keeping in my daily carb allowance, of peanut butter this week so maybe that why I’m seeing the gain, either way I feel v fat !!
What did everyone else experience with there weight loss?
