Feeling v fat!

Just about to finish week two and I had a sneaking peak at the scales this morning and have a little gain after week ones 3kg lose, I’ve done keto (shakes only) and know week two loses aren’t like week one but I don’t want a gain !! I did have a few glasses of cava last night and have eat more than normal, but keeping in my daily carb allowance, of peanut butter this week so maybe that why I’m seeing the gain, either way I feel v fat !!

What did everyone else experience with there weight loss?

From what many of the women say they tend to either not lose or even gain weight when first starting out.

I did Cambridge diet which gets u into ketosis, lost a lot of weight but forgot how to eat !!!

A keto lifestyle is based on real food, healthy food to fix your metabolism, not dangerously low calorie shakes that screw up your metabolism even more. Cambridge diet is bad, learn to eat real food and your body will thank you for it.
