I’ve been generally paleo for years and have been wanting to do keto for a couple of months. Came on here a month or so ago and decided to just low carb it for a bit. I’ve been reducing my carbs more and more recently and this morning I had 1/2 an avocado and fried egg for breakfast then a hamburger patty and roasted veggies liberally drizzled with olive oil for lunch and as soon as I ate it I got this rush to the head and I’ve kind of been feeling high since (about an hour and a half ago). Like my head feels light. Does that make sense? I actually dont really know what its like to be high- but I imagine its something like this. I kind of want to giggle. Lol, I also had lots of coffee but I always do…like as in 1/2 a pot. I want to reduce that soon but I love my coffee. I drink it black or with cream this morning I had one creamed coffee the rest black. I am a little bouncy (like my foot tapping constantly) like you expect from too much coffee but I’m not shaky. Seriously feel silly though. My muscles feel kinda weird too. Like I just had a massage. Its kinda nice. Did I OD on coffee or is this ketosis?
Feeling kind of high? Is this ketosis then?

some people get this high feeling .
I get it when ( not sure ) I am in deep ketosis. It feels good. but I could not produce it if I want so I am not sure what cause it.

This happens to me from time to time, especially after a fatty coffee-- like a feeling of total well-being.

The shaky foot sounds like too much caffeine. Half pot? Yikes. lol
Your new diet is the high feeling. Isn’t it great!? It can and will come and go. Sometimes you may feel weak and yet high at the same time. That’s okay and part of it.
Take your Magnesium Glycinate, Potassium Gluconate and a little extra Real Salt (the brand) or Pink Himalayan salt.
