Hunger is normal, even at unusual times, we aren’t robots…
I probably would eat right away but it depends on the circumstances, of course. If it’s not very bad, waiting may be an options especially if it’s the only chance for a nice, proper meal. But a few bites still can work, it’s probably individual. If I start eating, I usually need to eat the most part of my daily calories, my hunger works that way. But if I focus and use some fatty meat, a pre-meal has some chance too. Or HWC in my coffee. But a real meal is better. And I ate 125g HWC around noon and don’t want to do it again in the near future… Proper food is better but each to their own.
7g net carbs are so much, I surely wouldn’t spend it on snack. Carbs make me hungry anyway. But it’s me, your woe should suit yourself. And I have my less ideal items when I fancy them, it’s not necessarily a problem.
