Feeling hangry after refeed

I’ve been eating pretty much eggs, butter, and bacon OMAD since the 1st (it’s cheap and delicious), and have been feeling great. This morning I finished a 72hr fast with the usual eggs, butter and bacon. My fast went pretty well, I did have some tiredness and crankiness at times, but overall felt ok.

However, after I ate my OMAD breakfast, I felt so cranky and just plain hangry! It felt as though I had just started keto all over again.

I thought it might be postprandial hypoglycemia, but my searches showed that it had more to do with it being a reaction to carbs/sugars. My carbs have been under 25 since October 1st.

Does anyone have any experience or insight?

I’m guessing your body would like you to eat some more given it’s had nothing for three days.
