Feel so good!

I’m so excited to share this! I’m not even sure when it happened… the biggest NSV I’ve ever experienced…

I’ve never been clinically diagnosed with depression, but given the mental state I was in, for most of my adult life, I’m pretty sure I was depressed (like considering permanent solutions to temporary problems)

I realize, I’m content with everything! Like all the time… even when I’m irritated or sad or experiencing any negative type of emotion… even when things get rough, I’m still content! I’ve NEVER experienced this before… my thoughts are clear, and for whatever reason, I’m suddenly being nice to myself (in my own headspace) it’s really amazing!!

I feel like I’m present in my thoughts (if that makes any sense, lol!) and I’m excited to live my life! I feel like someone has lifted a curtain off of my mind, and the sunlight has come shining in!

I’m quite certain this is due to eating a ketogenic diet. (I had played around with upping carbs, and realized it made me feel depressed again)

I just really wanted to share this with someone… thanks for letting me share my feelings. I love eating fat! I love keto! :smile:

This is the biggest benefit i personally feel while on keto as well! You feel like the small things really are just small things now. I get cranky, aggravated, and easily blew up, but on keto it is like i have no problems, in comparison!

So happy others feel this as well as the joint pain prevention and so many other benefits, my biggest is my outlook on life while on it!

So awesome! I really understand. This is my #1 reason for keto-ing. The change in mood and general overall mental health and clarity is a big motivation for me. I feel like shouting it at the rooftops.

Interesting that you up-ed the carbs and started feeling worse.
