Feel like I’m in keto......reading says not?

I’m sticking to my macros and I am definitely under 20 grams carbs a day.
I have the usual cotton mouth and feel quite good,and I seem to be losing weight.
My keto readings are coming in on 0.1 maybe 0.2.
This seems to have started after going on to OMAD.
Any ideas why my readings have dropped?
My macros are:
216g fat
110g protein
2463 calories

I’d go by the readings. But you can test it again to be sure. I have never used a test myself, I just kept track of macros and now, I pretty much know what I can and can’t eat.

How long have you been doing this?

Ketones tend to spill over into the urine less as you adapt to using them.

Keto about 2 months, but OMAD for about 3 weeks

Just my opinion, but I wouldn’t pay any attention to the readings at all.

OR after you fat converted you started using them as fuel

Fat adaptation is more important than the actual level of ketones in your blood. Remember, the ketones we measure are the ones our body isn’t using. Sounds as though you are fat-adapted, so don’t worry about the meter.
