I have a Le Crueset brasier that lives on my stovetop. Love that thing. I donā€™t actually braise much, but it works great as a skillet and pot. I use it to keep things warm too because it is so heavy.

I love my Demeyere stainless steel set and Le Creuset cast iron set. I just hope that they will last a lifetime so I can pass it down as an heirloomā€¦
