Thinly sliced top sirloin, an assload of butter, and baby bella mushrooms. Takes about 10-15 to throw together and cook.

Big old steak. 10 minutes on the grill, 20 on the plate, sated for half a day. I don’t do on-the-go anymore though. If I have to go somewhere and don’t have time to eat, I don’t!

Tuna fish salad…2 packets of tuna fish + 2tbs mayo…stir.

Supermarket BBQ chicken in a lettuce wrap with cheese, sour cream, tomato, spinach and mayo. And bacon if I have the time to cook it.

Frozen hamburgers—six minutes in the pan (three on each side), and they come out rare, the way I like it. And dead easy!

Also, bacon takes almost no time, either. I don’t like it hard, with all the fat melted out, anyway, so it’s even quicker.

Liver takes about 90 seconds on a side, but I like to dredge it in almond or coconut flour first, which raises the effort level, lol!
