Hi - I’m a true creature of habit. If I find something I like, then I eat it repeatedly until I truly get tired of it.
Recently, it’s been:
2 eggs over medium
1/2 avocado with 1 tsp of sour cream mixed in
2 slices of 2m keto “bread” (aka butter vehicle delivery system - that’s really what I am using this for. more butter).
So - I know, pretty boring, but so delicious and I’m addicted!!
What is your go-to favorite keto meal (either at the moment or for all time)???
