Favorite go-to Keto meal?

Hi - I’m a true creature of habit. If I find something I like, then I eat it repeatedly until I truly get tired of it.

Recently, it’s been:
2 eggs over medium
1/2 avocado with 1 tsp of sour cream mixed in
2 slices of 2m keto “bread” (aka butter vehicle delivery system - that’s really what I am using this for. more butter).
So - I know, pretty boring, but so delicious and I’m addicted!!

What is your go-to favorite keto meal (either at the moment or for all time)???

I’ve been eating a lot of bone broth with meat and some veggies as my big meal, but my go-to quick meal/snack is pork rinds dipped in a sauce made from mayo & Valentino :slight_smile:
Maybe not super balanced, but so fast and tasty

My favorite “meal” is probably a few eggs (whisked with HWC) fried in butter/coco oil with onion, mushrooms, peppers, and a few tiny sliced tomatoes. With a spread of hot sauce mixed with mayo on the top. It’s simple and doesn’t make me queasy (too much meat or cheese makes me queasy)

If I can’t cook and I’m desperate, I love just taking a few slices of salami, wrapping a piece of swiss in it and smearing some mayo hot sauce and rolling them thin. I do this if I’m running out of the house, or will be driving awhile.

oh, my other go-to is queso or brie melted over tiny cut raw broccoli. I nuke it for a few seconds so it’s super gooey and a bit “steamed”. I add a bit of olive oil if I think I’m low on fats.

Hamburger taco meat, lots of cheese, avacado and about 5gms of carbs worth of salsa and sour cream.

Or Chicken breast with a couple large spoonfuls of pesto.

Or cobb salad with lots of egg, bacon and blue cheese.

That’s my favorite sauce too! On everything. We eat out about half our meals, so I use whatever hot sauce is on the bar or table…yum

We go through so much of it! We have a huge hot sauce collection, but it’s the favorite here. :grinning:

I’m mad for fried chicken wings with ranch dipping sauce at the moment. Although I’ve been eyeing up Cark’s baked chicken wing recipe…

I am the same, but go to meal does vary over the months… Now I have to quit the dairy so I am floundering because I am also allergic to pork and beef.

Last few days it’s been tuna salad.
