Faux smoked brisket (sous vide + oven)

I’ve done this a few times now and it’s one of the best meat recipes ever. The beautiful thing is that it’s just so damn simple. Salt, pepper, sous vide, pop it in the oven. If you use pink salt it turns out more like a corned beef or pastrami, which was fine by me.

Looks really good! We just got an Anova and have already made BBQ Chicken thigh that was amazing. Can’t wait to do more.
