Its basically a big cheese crisp…

Sprinkle cheddar or taco cheese on parchment paper in a circle size of your choice. Bake about 8 minutes on 375°. Let cool a few minutes and drape over side of pan, so it will look like taco. Allow to fully cool. Fill and enjoy

Thanks - I was wondering if that was the basis…I have a small, 1 egg frying pan. I put some butter or coconut oil in it and then put in enough shredded mozzarella cheese to cover the bottom and fry it a few minutes on one side and then flip it over and fry until brown to make my chrisp. I think it would make a great taco by cooling the way you describe, too.
