Faux English Muffins

I’m about 8 weeks into my Keto journey, and I recently was sent this awesome (substantial, satisfying) recipe for Keto English muffins. It’s a must try :slight_smile:

1 Tbs melted butter
3 Tbs Almond meal (or almond flour)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 egg (beaten)

  1. Mix together well
  2. using small bowl (I use a tall jar like microwave container… make sure it’s tall/has high sides as it raises quite a lot)
  3. Microwave on high 90 seconds
  4. Turn out and slice in half
  5. Toast in toaster or on griddle for yummy versatile English muffin style “bread”

I’ve made this recipe too - it works surprisingly well :grinning: recommended from me as well

I use these as buns for my burgers. It gets the job done.

I use this one too. Super simple and very quick.
