I personally do not drink coffee so BPC would not be my thing. but the company Bulletproof now makes FATwater which is just flavored water with their Brain Octane added to it. I think its a bit expensive but they just got some major funding which seems like a good thing. More and more keto related things coming out everyday now.

Not sure I really like Mr Asprey or his products… he always seems to be pushing something or the other most of which seem to be unnecessary… and he stole his original idea from yak butter tea so didn’t even invent that…
Maybe I’m wrong but he seems to be in it for the money and not the health of his customers…

yea I do agree a bit there he is just taking some ingredients one can buy and putting them together and selling them as a new product. The cost is higher than what I would pay for on a regular basis but I might try them just to see.

I guess I could put some MCT oil in my own water and some water flavorings and save a huge amount of money.

Or just eat a tablespoon of coconut oil and drink some water…

Yea that looks super expensive, but Im in the same boat, not a big coffee person. The idea of fatwater intrigues me know and i wonder if just simply adding some Onnit Emulsified MCT would be a better alternative for the price? Only picking Onnit cause I already know of it, it is emulsified so will blend, and is preflavored, whats your guys thoughts?

I’m not a big coffee person either. When I started keto I put MCT oil in a beef or bone broth. I only did it for the first few weeks.

The comedian Lewis Black was prescient! He was mocking nutrition labels on bottled water…said he needed to find the water with the fat in it because “that’s the gosh-darned tasty water!”

Who knew??
