Hi All,
I was very productive yesterday and I made 4 fathead pizza crusts and froze them. It is the first time I’ve done this. I have since gotten conflicting information about what to do with them when I am ready to assemble. Do you thaw before topping and heating or do you top it frozen and cook? Some Youtubers I watched, said load it frozen and cook…but other persons on the web say thaw first, then top, and then cook. What do you do?

Done it once, I sat it out for about 20 min, was not frozen but not bendable, load it up and bake like a frozen pizza.

baking a freezing the crust, and loading up toppings onto the frozen crust, that might work out the best.
