I found this on primalperks.com and thought it was interesting. From the book Keto Adapted, this formula can be used to determine how many grams of fat you need a day. Use your BMR for the calories (correction here - in the book, they subtract several hundred calories from BMR for fat loss- using BMR would be, I imagine, maintenance:
(Calories x % fat)/9 = Total fat grams per day.
Now just translating that into actual food is the fun part! Mine worked out to 90 grams, so I’m off to work it out.
