Fat Fuelled Kokoda Challenge

So I’ve been toying with the idea of tackling some sort of physical challenge and completing it in a fat fuelled state. Doing Kokoda has always been on my bucket list and I think it would be a good and suitable challange to take on fat fuelled. So…

  1. Has anyone done Kokoda and can give me their POV of what it might be like to tackle fat fuelled.
  2. Ideas for what kinds of food would be good for this sort of expedition, and how to go about working out the best nutrition.
  3. Would anyone else be keen to join me? :grinning:
