too bad they put avocado on toast. I could have come up with a better delivery option other than toast.

The way I look at it is this. Only an enlightened few like us know the toast is the unhealthy part of that picture. We can’t expect the muggles to understand.

Well, I remember a time when I heard “don’t eat more than 1/4 avocado a day” just like I heard “don’t eat more than 1 egg per day”. In a small way, the picture shows a shift in that thinking.
