Hi guys I just started keto and I eat one fat bomb after dinner every night, all my macros are fine in terms of carbs and what not but I was wondering if this is okay

We advise eating to satiety. Fat is in the ketogenic diet to replace the calories lost from no longer eating carbohydrate. It is not a magic weight-loss food; it merely stimulates insulin the least of the three macronutrients, so it is a safe source of calories. Eat when you are hungry, stop eating when you stop being hungry, and don’t eat again until you are hungry again. Ignore the clock.
