Fat Bombs - HELP!

#21

I will definitely look into that test, thanks for the information! As for the link with the dairy-free keto bombs, I’ve already seen that. I’m not just allergic to Dairy, I’m allergic to most things that are in keto bombs like coconut, almond, Dairy, peanut butter, etc etc etc. If it was just dairy-free, there would be a ton of options. But it’s everything that is in the dairy free that I’m also allergic to. Thanks anyways. Good luck with your journey!

There are a lot of recipes online just add one of those two instead of coconut, dairy or almond, I don’t think you will have problem freezing it, it should work (I think) just like mct coconut oil or fat when freezing!

Just experiment!

Safflower oil (helps burn fat faster) or extra virgin olive oil!

Will vegetable oil freeze if I put it in my freezer at home? “… Common vegetable based oils have freezing points between 2F (safflower oil) and 14F (canola oil) which is within the range of a household freezer. …”https://www.quora.com/Will-vegetable-oil-freeze-if-I-put-it-in-my-freezer-at-home

Eat more at meal time and avoid fatbombs all together. One of the best things about keto is not needing to graze and poop constantly.

I know. Half a year later. You mentioned Hollywood safflower oil. I like it because it has no taste, but the Keto community seems divided on it. Is it okay to cook with? Or just as a salad dressing?
