Well today I woke up and my ketone level tested 2.2 and that’s the lowest it’s been since starting keto. I tested again a couple hours after my OMAD and it was down to 1.4 and I just finished an upper body workout and tested and it was .6
I really really hope this means my body is finally using my fat for energy. Fingers crossed! I’ve worked so hard for adaptation it’s gonna be rad if tomorrow my levels stay below 4 Thanks to all of you guys for the support

Just remember that dehydration will raise ketone levels, so hydrate adequately.

Τi have the same question myself. I ve been eating keto 3+ months now. Never cheated. I keep my 70-75-80% fat, protein 25% and less than 5% carbs. I dont use stripes or anything. I cant say that my energy has increased dramatically. Less sleepy, for sure. And my skin is 5+ years younger. And my period is on time with a more normal flow.
I dont loose weight cause i m undeweight. Doing it for general health.
Am i fat adapted???
Also, my macros set my calories about 1300 cal. I m never hungry when i consume this amount( i ve been low calorie my whole life).
Is it ok?
