I’m a glutton for punishment I tell you what.
So I’m really into the idea of feasting and fasting as kind of outlined in podcast 58 with Megan Ramos.
I did my first 3-day fast this past weekend and it went so well. It was spontaneous, but I’m thinking I could get into cycling fasts.
So I’ve been feasting, starting Monday evening. So I’m thinking three day cycles might be good. Which would mean stop after an evening meal tonight. And fast through Sunday.
The reason for my post though, is I’ve got friends coming over Saturday for a little soiree yayyyyy. I’m going to be making snacks and supper for them. I just love to torture myself.
