Just a quick follow on this post. In mid November I reached 50-pound loss goal of 205. Having weathered the Thanksgiving to New Year’s holidays I embarked on more 3-day, 1-eat day and 3-day fasts and dropped to 195 (-60).
Today, mid way through another 72-hour target, I dipped to 192.2 (-63).
EF with short Keto re-feeds is my current ticket. I hope/plan to continue this general pattern until I reach my next major goal of 180 (-75). But the trick is mixing it up to keep my metabolism off balance.
I have no idea what I’ll do when I hit 179! Go shopping maybe.
