And this is SO freaking weird ! Unheard of for me ! I used to be starved after 4hrs without eating something. Nowadays, going on 1 month in, I can just go and go. I’m actually trying (when possible) to make myself eat my dinner around 4pm, so that by the time I have breakfast, it will have been 16 to 18 hours. But the problem is, I eat my big, fat breakfast at 8-10am, and I am just not thinking about food at 4pm ?
Im really feeling like I could probably get by on one meal a day… but the only problem is, I have to have my breakfast, before I can have my morning coffee… And I have to have my morning coffee, before I can consider standing up and doing anything lol
…and my breakfast is pretty plain jane, to try to go the rest of the day on just that. I mean, I probably could… but not really varied enough to get all my nutrients. Whereas my dinner, is usually pretty balanced.
Is two meals a day, with a 14-18 hours spread from dinner to breakfast okay ?
