Fasting before and after

(Nick Eagle) #1

Just a little info for anyone who might want something to read quick. I started fasting Thursday @7am and broke my fast around 5am Sunday (this morning) my starting weight was 333… my weight 20 minutes ago was … duh duh duuuuuhhhhhh… 314.6. This was immediately after going from 354 to 333 in 2.5weeks on carvniore so I am thinking there was some nice fat lass with this fast. I am going directly back to my 23/1 IF OMAD routine until my next EF. Thanks to everyone who cheered me on and talked with me through it. You guys and gals are awesome!

I’ll be curious to know if you have any bounce back at all. That’s a significant amount of loss for a 72 hour fast. Congrats on your achievement.

Congrats! I second what was said, be prepared for potential to gain some of the loss back when you start eating again, but don’t let it discourage you!

I would also suggest measuring to see differences, the scale can be a real bitch

Congrats! You will definitely see some weight return when you start eating again but you shouldn’t gain it all back. That is what typically happens on extended fasts. Keep up the good work!

Yeaa I always expect around 1/2 lost back… i didnt do it for weight loss… this time is different. I dont care about weight… I am gauging specifically on health and feeling and look. This time is MY TIME!
