My last meal was at dinner time, 7pm. Is it OK to workout for an hour of aerobics and weights at 8:30 am then break this long fast with eggs at 10:30? I’m afraid it will wreak havoc on my metabolism, but I actually feel ok doing this, I have enough energy.
Fasting before AM workout
That’s what I do
Workout in the late morning or early afternoon THEN eat later at some point in time
For me , I feel SO much better before, during and after my workout while in my fast
Just an awesome mental and physical “ high “
Since I like to try out or experience w my body
I tried working out on 2 different occasions
Let’s just say, that experiement failed!
I ate , waited 2 hours , then did my workout
The next time , I ate, then waited about 4 hours or so
Had horrible workouts
Crazy
No real energy, major brain fog, more or less I wanted to just sleep like after a PAST Thanksgiving Dinner!!
Will I try the above again?
I’m sure I will lol
I like to mix things up still
I may change the food, time and or macros
Maybe a tip
I ALWAYS try to drink water W lemon and pink salt as much a possible
