Hey guys, I am wondering if you guys track your fasts and if you do, what do you use to do it? I see the new “Zero” app on iTunes but unfortunately am an android person lol.

Also what do you guys track as you fast? Maybe a spreadsheet layout works easily enough, but thought i would throw it to the community

In the latest 2KD podcast, they talked about a web app called Heads Up Health which just had a fasting timer installed. Might be worth looking at.

so ironic, im listening to Fasting Talk and they just had an ad for the same thing! I must have glanced over the fasting part in 2KD but remember the site, I will give it a chance (lol name pun) for sure!

I have a free count down app on my iPhone, I used it when I was nearing retirement, and now I use it for my fasting. Very simple, input the finish time of the fast and it tells me weeks, days, hrs, mins.and seconds till an event occurs.

I have a notebook where I track my lowest weight. If I hit a new low number, I track that otherwise no tracking, just fasting.

Right now I am 311,280 secs from the end of my current fast or 3.60 days which ever you prefer

If you are looking for just a timer, I use free app “sober time” looks like this:

Yep! Great app that I bought a week or so ago. I didn’t think I would care for it, but it seems to motivate me a bit even on my regular 16 to 20 hour daily fasts. I suspect it might motivate me even more on extended day fasts. Worth the $2.

Not an app but https://app.headsuphealth.com/ has a built in fasting timer. This aggregator is a work in process but looks promising. Personally I use Zero.

I have just tracked my blood sugar in a spreadsheet when fasting to get an indication of whether I’m really hungry and it’s time to eat again or my live glycogen stores are still full and I should tough it out for a bit longer.
