Fasting and my first 5k

Did my first extended fast (40 hours) and my first “live” 5k. I finished 7th out of 10 for my age group. Maybe not a winner but I’ll take it for now.
To think maybe about a month ago, all I could do was imagine what it would be like. Now I know. NSV and then some!

Thanks. I did get a little choked up writing that down. Made me wonder what she should think of all this.
