2 questions!
1.As far as fasting goes, if I have my delicious coffee in the AM with 1T. Butter and a dash of HWC, am I still in fasting mode? I thought I read if your calories were under so much you could still be considered in fasting!
- I am on my 4th day of TRUE, no cheating Keto! Finally…it has taken me 5 months to do this and get with the program:crazy_face: I feel kinda nauseous and about an hour ago my tummy cramped so bad and I’ve had liquid
twice now! I feel like
too! Is this considered “Keto flu” and typically how long can it last???
