I’m concerned because I’m 38 hours into a fast (water only, salt, and black coffee) and I just took my Glucose – its 146mg. Last night before bed it was 85mg.
I don’t have a blood ketone tester because the strips are just not in my budget at this time - my urine strip showed low Ketones and my cheap Greenwon was at 0.3bac.
Maybe I’m burning fat and it’s releasing Glucose into my blood? I’ve heard Megan Ramos say that in their Clinic they don’t worry too much about higher blood Glucose during fasts.
Concern? Or KCKO?
