I am curious about IF. I’m 10 weeks into keto. I was losing then gaining and going back and forth (only count carbs). A few weeks ago, I started counting fat and realized I had to add a bunch to meet my macro. I started losing consistently. It’s not great, but about 1-2 lbs a week. I really want to start IF for autophagy, but am worried about not getting my macros. I’ve also heard that you don’t need to meet those fat macros once you are keto adapted (not sure if I am or not). I’m at a loss of what to do at this point.
