Fasting and beginning keto

I’ve been trying to do keto on and off for several months. I’m just now kind of getting the hang of it. And I’ve done intermittent fasting on and off for several years. While I haven’t lost weight, I have gotten healthier.

I am just curios if its normal that your IF gets put to the side while you adjust to keto?

I am eating dinner at 9 and getting super hungry by 10 am.

ideas?

I would focus on keto first and add IF later after you adjust to your new WOE.

ok. that makes more sense. I still don’t like eating first thing in the morning. I already ate my breakfast - tuna fish, avocoado, tomato and chia pudding.

a bit too full now. Still adjusting to how much fuller I get now.

Getting full more quickly can take some getting used to!

While you’re adapting, the best thing to do is eat when you’re hungry. Many of us have an inner carb monster that throws a rip-roaring tantrum when we cut off its supply, which can leave us feeling desperately hungry. Eat satisfying keto foods when that happens and the carb monster will go away.

ok. thank you. I think I think I’ll just postpone my breakfast a tiny bit and just focus on the keto before extending my fasts. thank you.
