this is day 7. I measured around my waist area, and my thighs on day 2… I’m currently 2 inches smaller in thigh, same on waist.
How is that possible??? Lol!!!

Less water retention - I notice “shrinkage” to a large extent when fasting, shin bones, etc., showing through more and feeling different.

Oh heck, Cassandra, don’t be sorry. :slightly_smiling_face: It’s fun to find out how all this stuff works.

I used to have some pretty severe swelling of my lower legs. Doctor said my blood pressure medications add to that. With keto and fasting, the difference is like night and day. Formerly, I could make ‘dimples’ with my fingers on top of my shins - there was a layer (had to be mostly fluid) below the skin. Now I’m like a normal person. :smile:

I just looked in the mirror while putting on makeup and my face is shrinking already too…

Btw I should mention, I’m 5’ 7", 156lb when I started this. I’m doing this for health, and to support my bf on his journey. But less giggle is definitely a plus :wink: haha
