It’s great that you’re mindful of your macros, even when grabbing fast food. Most fast food chains have nutritional info on their websites or apps. You can usually find the macros for specific items there. And going for just meat and mustard is a good choice to keep it simple and lower in carbs. Enjoy the hockey games, and stay fueled.
