Extended HIIT programs

Has someone out there done an extended HIIT progrm such as insanity? I have been ketogenic for eight months now tracking only carbs at les than 35G a day, and 20hr IF for two months with a two day fast every other week. I have lost over 30 pounds and 10%BF doing this and fat loss is no longer my goal. I want to see how fit i can get and prove my brother-in-law wrong (he is a personal trainer and believes keto is the wrong thing to do). Does anyone have tips and tricks for extended HIIT programs? Thank you all!

What will show him it isn’t wrong? You said you don’t really need the fat loss any more, so what type of in-shape do you want to be. HIIT can be good, I like resistance training better myself though.
